David Vyborny concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, DUI and traffic violations, and regularly defends cases across Central Virginia. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Vyborny founded the successful marketing firm Vox Research, where he was a consultant to several corporate clients, and was also a financial services associate in the retirement section of Salomon Smith Barney’s Greenwich, CT office (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney).

While attending law school, Mr. Vyborny was a trial advocacy standout and was elected President to both the Trial Advocacy Board and the Student Bar Association.
