About Bradley R Tamm

Mr. Tamm represents creditors, debtors and trustees; primarily in the prosecution or defense of bankruptcy adversary cases. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Tamm was recently appointed a Chapter 11 Trustee in a small but heavily litigated real estate case, and he serves as Board Secretary to the Disciplinary Board of the Hawaii Supreme Court.

Mr. Tamm is licensed in Hawaii (active) and California (inactive), and is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Ninth Circuit Court, and Federal District of Hawaii, Central-Eastern-Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Mr. Tamm is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy issues.
