Activities: The Chief Judge of the Third Circuit appointed Ms. Fatell to serve on the Merit Selection Committee for new Bankruptcy Judges in the District of Delaware. She is Secretary of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. Ms. Fatell is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, an Advisory Board member of the ABI Mid-Atlantic Conference, former chair of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, and a member of the International Women"s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
