About Bernard Marcel Raiche
Bernard M. Raiche is licensed as an lawyer in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition to his law degree from The Catholic University of America he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University, and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
His training and experience combine understanding of the law and business with understanding of the needs of individuals, families, small businesses and not-for-profit agencies. This unique combination makes it possible for him to provide high quality legal services which are responsive to the unique needs of his clients.
Recognizing that it is difficult for some of our clients to leave their residences and come to our office we offer in home meetings for residents of Leisure World, Riderwood, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other residents in the Olney/Silver Spring/Rockville Maryland area who request it.
