: Current; Activities: Ms. Rhodes-Ford is admitted to practice in all state and federal district courts in Nevada and Texas, as well as the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

: Current; Activities: Ms. Rhodes-Ford has been actively involved in bar associations, such as the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association where she serves as Chair of the Nominating and Elections Committee and Program Chair of the Ask A Lawyer program. Berna was also active in the Dallas community, including serving as President-Elect of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Treasurer of J.L. Turner Legal Association (the African-American Bar Association of Dallas), Vice Chair of the J.L. Turner Legal Association Foundation and Director of the Dallas Bar Association.
