Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation. She helps consumers who are victimized by inaccurate credit reporting (FCRA), abusive debt collections (FDCPA), the sale of defective products or services, wrongful repossession, and other areas of civil litigation.

Ms. Wells also actively pursues consumer-friendly legislation on the state and federal level. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as the Consumer Law Section chairperson.

Ms. Wells has written mutliple articles about issues affecting consumers, and also speaks to a variety of audience regarding consumer-protection laws on a state and national basis.
