About Amy Davidson

Amy started with Nay & Friedenberg as an intern while in law school and joined us as an attorney in 2003. Her practice focuses on the area of guardianships and conservatorships, probates, estate planning and Medicaid planning. She has developed a special expertise in pet trusts and planning for our animal-loving clients. In addition, Amy frequently speaks to community groups on elder law issues.

Amy is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Elder Law Section, the Estate Planning Section and Oregon Women Lawyers. She is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Animal Law Section. She has contributed to the Oregon State Bar's book on Elder Law and the Elder Law Section Newsletter. She volunteers her time with the Senior Law Project, St. Andrews Legal Clinic and the Lewis & Clark Law School Mentor Program.
