About Adrienne Dresevic Esq.

Adrienne Dresevic is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C. Prior to entering law school, she worked as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group of NBD, where she was promoted to an officer in 1995. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, where she was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif. While at Wayne State, she was the recipient of Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, Dean Scholarship, and Scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law.

Ms. Dresevic practices in all areas of healthcare law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to providing clients with counsel and analysis regarding Stark and fraud and abuse. She also regularly assists clients with compliance issues, reimbursement issues, and payor audits.

Ms. Dresevic is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (Member, Health Law Section) and State Bar of Michigan (Member, Health Care Law Section). Ms. Dresevic is a member of the Publications Committee of the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Health Law Section. She also is a member of the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.
