Serving the Greater Los Angeles area, San Pedro Community Legal Services is dedicated to improving the lives of those members of the community who face obstacles which threaten their health and safety. Our mission is to provide legal services to victims of domestic violence, elderly individuals and immigrants who need the assistance of an attorney to access health care, protect their child custody rights, prevent a wrongful deportation or arrest, avoid homelessness and escape life-threatening violence. In addition to protecting the legal rights of it's clients, S.P.C.L.S works to empower each client. Toward this end, S.P.C.L.S acts as a compass to offer its clients the direction they need to gain a sense of personal control of their futures and the futures of their children and communities.
