About Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP)

VIP provides free civil legal services to low income clients by recruiting and training volunteer lawyers to handle pro bono cases. We also assist non-profit organizations and small businesses that serve the needs of low income people through our LawWorks project.

Case Restrictions:
Geographic or jurisdictional presence in Phila. No feegenerating cases, no cases where there is a right to court-appointed counsel, independent merit assessment at VLP.
