Adrienne Dresevic is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C. Prior to entering law school, she worked as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group of NBD, where she was promoted to an officer in 1995. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, where she was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif. While at Wayne State, she was the recipient of Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, Dean Scholarship, and Scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law.

Ms. Dresevic practices in all areas of healthcare law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to providing clients with counsel and analysis regarding Stark and fraud and abuse. She also regularly assists clients with compliance issues, reimbursement issues, and payor audits.

Ms. Dresevic is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (Member, Health Law Section) and State Bar of Michigan (Member, Health Care Law Section). Ms. Dresevic is a member of the Publications Committee of the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Health Law Section. She also is a member of the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.

Jessica L. Gustafson is a partner with The Health Law Partners, P.C. She graduated cum laude from Miami University in 2002. Ms. Gustafson graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Gustafson served as a member of the Wayne Law Review Editorial Board as a Senior Articles Editor. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert H. Cleland, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.

Ms. Gustafson practices in all areas of healthcare law, and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to representing providers in the Recovery Audit Contractor ("RAC") and Medicare audit appeals process.

Ms. Gustafson is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (Health Law Section), Michigan Bar Association (Health Care Law Section) and Oakland County Bar Association. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Oakland County Bar Association Medical Legal Committee.

Robert S. Iwrey is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C. He graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1988. While at the University of Michigan, he was an Executive Member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor society. In 1993, Mr. Iwrey earned his J.D. at Wayne State University Law School, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Advanced Legal Writing and was an award-winning member of Moot Court.

Mr. Iwrey has been a practicing litigator since 1993. In addition, he has been practicing healthcare transactional law since 1999. Mr. Iwrey provides counsel in all areas of healthcare law, including but not limited to licensure, staff privileges, contracts, physician practice issues, healthcare investigations and audit defense.

Mr. Iwrey was admitted to the Michigan Bar and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan in 1993. Mr. Iwrey was also admitted to the U.S. District Court Western District of Michigan in 2003. Mr. Iwrey is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Health Care Law Section), the American Health Lawyer's Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Michigan Association for Justice, Federal Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association.

In addition, Mr. Iwrey presently chairs the Oakland County Medical-Legal Committee and, in the past, has co-chaired the State Bar of Michigan Health Care Law Section Website Committee and has chaired the Technology Subcommittee of the Health Care Law Section's Substantive Law Committee. Mr. Iwrey has been elected by his peers to serve on the governing board of the Health Care Law Section, Council, through 2009 where he chairs the Pro-Bono Work Group. Mr. Iwrey has been awarded the distinguished AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his high level of skill and integrity.
